Exchange vows on a flat, grassed garden lawn framed by tropical planting, the lily pond and its picturesque white timber bridge. Prefer the coast? Ceremonies can also be held off-site at Nambucca's beaches and rainforest, then everyone returns to the resort to celebrate.

Cubana Cantina restaurant and bar opens onto a timber deck strung with festoon lighting, overlooking the gardens. Seasonal sit-down menus or generous buffets, cocktails at the bar, and an easy indoor-outdoor flow as the night rolls on.
